Our policy on refunds, cancellations, and project terminations.
All fees paid to Adlux Studio LLC are non-refundable once work has commenced or Deliverables have been accepted, because every project involves dedicated creative time, proprietary workflows, and third-party AI processing costs from the moment work begins.
100% payment upfront before any work begins. By making payment, the client confirms acceptance of this Refund Policy and the governing MSA.
In some cases, we may offer a 50/50 split: 50% non-refundable deposit upon signing, with the remaining 50% due before delivery of final assets.
If you cancel after signing the Agreement but before work has commenced, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund at our discretion, less any administrative processing fees. Notify us in writing at hello@adlux.studio as soon as possible.
Once work has commenced — including research, brand analysis, or AI generation — all payments are non-refundable. You will be invoiced for all work completed to date if a termination occurs mid-project.
Once Deliverables have been delivered and accepted (or deemed accepted after the 3-business-day review window under our MSA), all payments are final and non-refundable.
Any chargeback initiated after Deliverables have been accepted without prior written communication will be actively contested. Clients who initiate unjustified chargebacks may be held liable for associated fees and legal costs as specified in the MSA.
We may cancel or suspend a project due to non-payment, failure to provide required assets, project abandonment (14+ days no communication), breach of MSA, or force majeure. If we cancel for reasons not attributable to the client, we will refund any portion corresponding to work not yet commenced.
If the client fails to respond for 14 consecutive calendar days: all deposits are forfeited, no Deliverables will be released, and we reserve the right to terminate the engagement.
Our services include 3 revision rounds per photo and 2 per video. Revisions are not grounds for a refund. Requests that constitute a change in creative direction are treated as new Deliverables and billed separately.
Submit requests in writing to: hello@adlux.studio with subject line "Refund Request — [Your Company Name]" or "Cancellation Request — [Your Company Name]". We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
